“Washing one’s hands of the conflict between the powerful and the powerless
means to side with the powerful, not to be neutral. ”
— Paulo Freire

fair advocates for cultural truths [f.a.c.t.] is a student community organization providing alternative education that focuses on trends of oppression within the global, national and local communities. Specifically, we analyze our role within the world systems that extend these legacies of oppression and therein, our responsibility to utilize our agency for change. We emphasis that “truths” is spelled with a lowercase t, because truths, beliefs, and understanding are formed out of individual experience and cultural perspective formed by varying representations encountered.

Our f.a.c.t. family is constantly evolving and growning, as all things do and should in life.
